History

Pastor John and Dina Phipps have always dreamed of starting a new church that would love people unconditionally...without limitation.

Father's Heart Church was started in September 2006. Since the Grand Opening service, they have grown consistantly and ministered to many people in the greater Tucson area.

Pastor John and Dina have served the Lord in Woodburn, Oregon; Davison, Michigan and Marion, Indiana. Pastor John is a graduate of Spring Arbor University.
