Ministries

Because "Father's Heart" exists to encourage, edify and support the lost and hurting people of Tucson, we will strive to promote programs that meet our objective for this ministry.

All Father's Heart Ministries will be held at:

2200 N. Dodge Blvd. Tucson, AZ

Worship: Saturday Nights at 6 p.m. in the church sanctuary (childcare is provided)

Nursery: Our nursery is available for infants through age 3

"Jesus Gems": During our worship hour, we offer a special needs class for children with disabilities.

"Lifeline" Prayer Support Group: 1st Wednesday night of each month at 6 p.m. in room 2. Lifeline is a support group for parents/caregivers/guardians of children with special needs. Lifeline will provide encouragement, support, resources, networking opportunities, and advocacy training. Childcare is provided. If you have questions, please call Pastor John at 820-8132.

"Father's Heart Cares" This is a respite program that will be held from 6-8 p.m. on the 2nd Friday of each month. There is no cost for this program. Please call Kasey and Erin at 393-8000 for more information.

"Friends" is a new singles ministry for adults who have a disability. If you have questions about meeting times, Call Pastor Matthew at 884-7040.

This ministry is here to serve children according to their individual needs. It anticipates working with new families in finding the best program for children, and enabling them to learn more about God.

Mission: Jesus Gems Ministries at Father's Heart exists to reach the special needs individuals and their families for Jesus Christ, to mature persons to serve in the church as well as to send them out to impact all people for Christ.

Vision: To provide services for each person with special needs on an individual basis so that s/he can be successful in classes, ministry, clubs and/or church services and provide accessibility for Father's Heart ministries for all of God’s children.

Philosophy: Each person that has a special need should be treated as an individual, wonderfully made by God, deserving of the opportunity to hear of God’s love, capable of understanding through the Great Teacher, the Holy Spirit.
