Values

the following are terms descriptive of who "Father's Heart" is and why we do what we do as a church. They are called core values because they are the center of who we are.

What we value:

1. We deeply value God's Word to edify His church through teaching and preaching.

2. We deeply value the importance of healthy relationships, both with God and with one another.

3. We deeply value a prayer life of confession, praise and petition that provides us fellowship with God through Jesus Christ.

4. We deeply value unchurched people by bringing the Gospel to them by all possible means.

5. We deeply value personal authenticity and integrity that forms our character as Christ followers.

6. We deeply value unconditional acceptance of all people, some of which may have specific challenges that differ from the typical person.

7. We deeply value having fun in ministry.

This ministry is here to serve children and adults according to their individual needs. It anticipates working with new families in finding the best program for children, enabling them to learn more about God.

Mission: Jesus Gems Ministries at Father's Heart exists to reach the special needs individuals and their families for Jesus Christ, to mature persons to serve in the church as well as to send them out to impact all people for Christ.

Vision: To provide services for each person with special needs on an individual basis so that s/he can be successful in classes, ministry, clubs and/or church services and provide accessibility for Father's Heart ministries for all of God’s children.

Philosophy: Each person that has a special need should be treated as an individual, wonderfully made by God, deserving of the opportunity to hear of God’s love, capable of understanding through the Great Teacher, the Holy Spirit.
